When will I receive my order?

Order Processing:

Orders are processed and shipped within 4-7 business days. Once shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email including order tracking number(s).

How much does shipping cost?

• FREE USPS priority shipping on domestic orders over $40

• USPS first class shipping: 2- 5 business days - Starts at $4.00

Do you Ship Internationally?

We currently ship within the U.S. only

Do you offer free shipping? 

We offer free shipping on all orders over $40 after discounts and promo codes.’

What payment methods do you accept?

House of Mēsh currently accepts all major credit cards via Stripe, Apple Pay, and Paypal. 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What items are eligible for returns/exchanges?

Returns and exchanges are accepted only in cases where:

- Item(s) are faulty or defected (ex. unable to use or wear) upon arrival

- Item(s) are broken upon arrival

 

JEWELRY CARE

How should I care for my Statement Pieces? 

To keep your jewelry pieces at their best, please give them occasional breaks and store neatly when not in use. Avoid contact with moisture and liquid cosmetics; this includes lotion, sunscreen, and perfume. Also pack jewelry carefully when traveling.

 

Can I cancel an order that I already placed? 

After submitting an order, your order begins processing. We can only cancel orders that are not in the shipment process.

If you want to modify or cancel an order, contact us as quickly as possible so we can assist you. However, once your order is in the shipment process we are unable to cancel or change orders.
